Selling-up my extensive record collection. Lots of interesting records in the collection - do have a look at my other items, and there are new listings every week. I may have obscure things that you didn't even know you wanted!
I bought this ages ago, never got around to playing most of it. Very impressive package, it's 14 LPs in 7 gatefold sleeves, in a strong slip-case. Released in 1985, this copy made in Germany, for Europe-wide distribution. Note that it's an R&B collection, so it's black artists - white Atlantic artists - like Cream and Led Zeppelin - aren't featured. Front and back of box offer a list of artists whose singles are on the records. Stax was owned by Atlantic, so all the Stax favourites - such as Otis Redding - are included.

Box / sleeves - Box / slipcase is generally very good, still strong and very little damage. It has suffered a bump (as per my 3rd picture), denting the edge of the spine, and causing a light crease on the front. A few trivial stains - picture 4 features the most noticeable one - and gives you a general idea of the nice condition of the box. There's wear on the bottom - noticeable because it's black ink - just from routinely moving it about - it's quite heavy. Sleeves are all in excellent condition - one of them has a small bend at the opening, where it must have been next to the point where the box was bumped. I have pictured the backs, in the hope that one may be able to read the tracklist - maybe so, maybe not!
Records - I have looked carefully at all 14 LPs - which took ages! None of the records has any damage at all - just a little dust to brush-off before playing.

Postage at cost within UK - this weighs about 3 Kg, so I'll use Hermes courier - which costs £6.49.

I'm happy to send this overseas. See below for details, if bidding from outside UK - you need to know this stuff.

Dispatch will usually be "next day".

Collection in person is welcome.

I don't mail things personally, to countries outside the UK - ( I mean it, don't ask) - but I am happy to use E-Bay UK's Global Shipping Program, for sending things abroad. Under this scheme, I send the parcel to an e-bay depot in UK, and they forward it to the overseas buyer.

They have a tracked courier service, for the journey from their UK depot, to the buyer.

This means that I can ONLY accept payments through e-bay (Pay Now button), and I can't send invoices. 

Overseas customers - please DON'T request an invoice - there is no combined postage, I can't make one, and it screws-up the e-bay system.

International buyers should be able to see a postage cost to their country, you may have to input your location, if your country is included in the scheme.

If your country is not mentioned, please do not bid.

Applicable customs charges will probably be shown to buyers in non-EU countries - E-Bay collects customs duty for the receiving country, wherever import duty is appropriate. If you don't want to pay the customs charges, do not bid.

I don't send to China (because I prefer not to), and I also don't send to Japan, Brazil, Ecuador and Peru, as importation of vinyl records is not permitted in their customs regulations.
