Description
I bought this record myself from Pearson Bros. Nottingham in 1970 and so can vouch for its authenticity. The cover is in a good condition, the corners are a little rubbed (see photos) but the spine is square and the text quite legible. There are no ghost rings from the record rim, it has not been defaced and there is no staining. The inner record jacket is also original.
The record itself I would say is generally in good condition considering it is 50 years old; some tracks being in excellent condition, others have some mainly slight crackles. Side 1, track 1 has some slight crackle in places, track 2, has 3 slight cracks, track 3 is good, track 4 has 3 significant cracks in the middle, track 5 has two slight cracks, tracks 6 and 7 are both good. Side 2. track 1 has crackle at beginning of track, track 2 is good, track 3 has a slight crackle at the very beginning, tracks, 4,5,6,7 are good.
Side 1 is stamped: 6308019* 1Y (upside down triangle)2**112 Side 2 is stamped: 6308019 2Y//1=4111
