Description
Up for auction is one really really close to Mint LPD/KaSpel related art piece:
This auction is for the rare collectors item " VEGETARIAN BAVARIAN IN EXILE Ja Soa Schmarrn" (Rund um den Watzmann). This vinyl EP was limited to 100 pieces in 1995. This item is the "Vacation in the Alps" Version. You can see an instance of each on their Watzmann website.
The only other instance of a near mint to mint piece is being sold by the label itself for more than double this one. Add in some relatively rare cassette only collectors pieces including a signed Chemical Playschool #1 and you have yourself a decent treasure trove worth of crazy awesome.
Mine is only priced to sell out of need, I would like to meet a financial obligation this weekend. If I cannot make my deadline with regard to this auction, I will no longer be motivated to sell the piece at all. If I do re-list after this weekend then it will not be sold at this low price point.
This piece has been kept in a smoke-free home and stored away the day I got it. It is pristine.
The Cake Box is perfectly intact. This is listed as "94 From 100" on the inside lip of the cake box lid. There are a couple 'vacationers' and 'hog' and a 'bicycle' that have come loose from the Mountain scene. This was the same condition upon original purchase, the super tiny pieces were lightly glued on to begin with, and I imagine they could be just as easily re-attached. The Mountain felt loose upon inspection, but same thing; the whole deal was just lightly glued on to make the piece. All parts and everything are complete and undamaged.
Please email with any questions. No returns on this item. Paypal only and payment due within 48 hours of auction closing. thank you!
Thanks for looking! Item will be packed professionally.
UPDATED SATURDAY 4.02: To the highest bidder: I will include a number of cassestte only releases from LPD. If you are looking at this auction then you are no doubt familiar with these releases and know what all of these are already.......especially that little guy in the bottom right corner. Traumstadt envelopes and cassettes were all stored away at purchase some 20 years ago or more. Chemical Playschool #1 is signed in the back of the insert. If you have any questions at all, Please ask before bidding.
