Velvet Underground And Nico LP 1967 Verve Pressing Torso Cover Unpeeled Banana

Description

A first pressing of the first record from the Velvet Underground. Peel Slowly and See...my description.

Original mono pressing, Verve V-5008.  Includes the original "torso" at the rear cover, featuring Eric Emerson in all his glory.

All paper from the banana is present at front cover, though there is an open tear at the banana stem, as pictured. Looks like someone started to remove the peel and had a change of heart. "What a clown."

Short seam splits at top and bottom of sleeve as pictured.

Disc is in VG shape, plays clean without pops or skips. Played it through twice and it sounded great.

This is the real deal, first issue. Sleeve in VG shape, disc in VG as well.

Write with any questions and happy bidding!
