Description
Check out my other auctions for more LPs, many of which are SEALED vintage pressings! Here’s a copy of the classic 1st LP by the Velvet Underground and Nico. It features the banana cover, designed by Andy Warhol. This is an original from 1967, not a later reissue, and it has the banana sticker! This variation is a stereo pressing, blue verve labels, number V6/5008, without the torso on the back cover. The banana (which is often found missing) is about 98% intact. There are some tears in the banana towards the top, and one tiny missing piece… check out the pictures to see what this area looks like. The vinyl grades VG with general wear, scuffs, and some scratches. I have tested played a fair amount of the songs, and I did not detect any skips. There is a very light letter “K” in the upper left-hand corner of the front cover, and a small set of initials written in the corner of the back cover. Buyer pays $3.00 in the US, shipped via media mail. INTERNATIONAL BIDS WELCOME. Drop me a message if ebay doesn’t calculate shipping for you. California residents add 8.975% tax. Happy bidding!!
