Description

Verve Records V6-5008
original pressing of this classic LP featuring Nico, Lou Reed, John Cale, Moe Tucker, and Sterling Morrison, with artwork by Andy Warhol

The banana has been partly peeled off and put back-see pic #2.
There is a small piece of tape across the 'stem' of the banana, where there are 2 small tears.
The 'body' of the banana is 100% unpeeled and completely intact!
Cover shows light signs of wear-- all seams are completely intact.

LP is a solid VG+, with no visible scratches at all on side 1 and one SMALL hairline scratch on side 2.
I can't even hear the scratch on my TT when i play it-it's in great shape.

inscribed in the deadwax on each side is:
'V6-5008 Side 1 M&S-558 Rev.'
'V6-5008 Side 2 M&S-559 Rev.'

Over the next few weeks I will be auctioning off the collection of a serious NYC record collector, with a few new items going up each day so check back often.
This guy takes serious care of his records and they've been properly kept in plastic sleeves in a clean, non-smoking environment
Keep checking back for more vintage jazz, pop, and rock and roll, most in VG+ or better condition

PLEASE NOTE that PayPal is my preferred method of payment and will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail!!!   (this has never happened in my many years of ebay experience but have to mention it)

Winning bidder must at LEAST contact me within 3 days to discuss payment.
If you plan on holding off and bidding on more of my auctions, please contact me and i will
put your item(s) aside and give a shipping discount.

Within the US, add $2 per additional LP, outside of the US add $4 per additional LP

Thanks for looking and good luck!
