Description

U.S. LP released on Verve, V6-5046, Stereo.  Includes original Verve label inner sleeve.  Blue & silver labels.  There is an 'X' indented on the top corner on back which possibly means it was sent out as a promo.  First pressing from East coast has the visible skull tattoo on front, three prong music publishing (on labels), 'There She Comes Now' (instead of Here She Comes) (on back), Lou Reed: Lead Guitar (instead of guitar) (on back), Andy Warhol credit (on back), 1350 Ave of Americas (on back).  Also the spine reads 'V6-5046 White Light/White Heat The Velvet Underground'.  The record is very clean and shows 2 small surface marks on one side, and the other side shows some sleeve type marks or scuffs.  It looks like 2 light spindle marks are seen on one side of the labels.  The sleeve has ring and shelf wear rub showing on both sides, some scratches, couple of creases, wear along corners and edges, bumping along opening edge, a heavy nick/cut on the bottom edge seen on front, and some aging spots on the back side along the spine in the white area.  Sleeve is a bit lacking but a good upgrade for the vinyl if needed.
Record: VG+
Sleeve: G
