Description
This is considered to be the second pressing of this classic album in beautiful mono, much more rare than stereo pressings. It features the black lawsuit sticker. This version is more rare and sought after than the fully airbrushed third versions of this release. Banana is all there but torn at stem(like most) but it was put back very well.
Condition
Cover: vg, has general wear on all sides. Some seam splitting on top and some deep wear on opening side of gatefold cover.
Album: vg+, side 1 has various light scratches that aren't deep enough to effect sound. Most likely some noise between tracks and quiet passages. Remember this album was a low budget recording! Side 2 is much of the same as far as condition. Nothing too heavy as far as marks. Check pictures as I took pictures of both sides. album is visually graded.

Upon further inspection, I may have been to generous with the overall condition of the record. Side 2 has a scratch through all five tracks, you can't feel it, but its there. Side 1 is much of the same with wear and various light scuffs. The album is in vg condition but in no means mint, near mint or even vg+, if you ask me but I'm rather picky that way. If you want more photos, let me know, ill be happy to send you some. I also wanted to mention it does NOT have the original verve inner sleeve. I have a mofi sleeve on it now. It is only visually graded. My description did speculate a little. I'm sorry for the mess up in description, just wanted to be honest and avoid any negative feedback as I all want is to make sure the buyer is happy. Hopefully this helps. Thanks!
