 Vera Lynn with Geoff Love & Orchestra - Land of Hope & Glory b/w From The Time You Say Goodbye 45rpm single, UK, 45-POP1111, Gramaphone Co. Ltd., 1963

Old patriotic record played by Genesis P-Orridge before Throbbing Gristle performances to be "ironic and cheeky". The sleeve has an explanation hand-written on it by Genesis and is signed by Genesis Breyer P-Orridge.  The explanation states the following:

"we used to play this record sometimes before Throbbing Gristle gigs when we began with "Weapons (war sounds)" because this song was a big favourite with British troops in World War I. So it was very ironic in England..."
