Veronique Sanson 1981~Gold Record~Laisse-La Vivre
1981 Original gold record of Veronique Sanson. Nicely framed gold anodized aluminum with glass front. Overall size is: 151/2"x18"x1". The plaque at bottom reads,( with 2"x2" Color Album cover), engraved in French: Plus De 100.000 Exemplaires Vendus, Le 11 Juin 1981, Certifie S.N.E.P.A, Distribution WEA, Filipacchi Music. The gold 12" 331/3 album itself states in the dead wax, or trail off area: Mastered by Capitol (stamped in) and LA-1125-06AF1 636 France, WEA52288AX, (Scribed in). The record looks near mint protected under the glass with good color on the label. On the back side of the frame is the name printed: Le Specialiste De l'encadrament, M. Viti, 9 Rue Decres-75014 Paris, Metro-Plaisance, Tel 543.24.44, R.M. 18269.64.75 Fabricant, Insee 784555526.00010-Ape 4.80. The backing has not been removed and does appear to be original. The frame itself has multiple scratches on the face and edges from poor storage. The glass is also scratched and has fiber from the carpet backing on the inside of the glass. It would need to be taken apart and cleaned, I will leave this up to the winning bidder. Overall condition is very good+. Low starting bid, no reserve. Sold as is in as found condition.
