Vertigo Annual 1970 - UK Swirl double LP - Near Mint

Need to create some space, so I'm selling a few albums - initially duplicates or those I don't play any more. You never know, there might just be something to suit your taste, so check them out. This listing is for an original UK issue of The Vertigo Annual 1970, double Vertigo sampler in absolutely superb condition.

The Album:
This was the sampler released by Vertigo to promote several of their acts - Colosseum, Rod Stewart, Jimmy Campbell, May Blitz, Juicy Lucy, Fairfield Parlour, Magne Carta, Affinity, Black Sabbath, Gracious, Cressida, Nucleus, Manfred Mann Ch 3, Bob Downes, Dr Strangely Strange, Uriah Heep

Condition:
As good as you'll find:
Cover:  This is an un-laminated gatefold sleeve. It is bright and clean with strong edges, spine and seams. It has just a little shelf wear to the corners / top and bottom of spine. Inners are original swirl bags. These are fine and strong except they have age-faded to light brown in places (see picture).
Labels: Vertigo Swirl labels - all bright and clean with no writing. Possibly two spindle marks in total!
Vinyl: Absolutely brilliant, maintaining its original sheen with nothing but some the very lightest of paper scuffing. I only dared play a bit of one side as I think that some sides of these records may not have been played before more, so I don't want to spoil things for the purchaser. Played really well!.

Overall:
A very nice cover housing a near mint copy of a rare album - I'd guess that this might be professionally graded at EX / M-. There can't be many better copies of this set.
