For lovers of jazz, singer Billie Holiday, vintage vinyl LPs records albums, Verve, boxed sets or Japanese pressing, here is a rare collectible: The Complete Billie Holiday on Verve 1946-1959. It is a deluxe Hi-Fi 10 LP box set, still sealed in the original plastic or cellophane, just like when I bought it from Tower Records in Greenwich Village either fall 1986 or spring 1987. Still has the original $69.99 price tag and Japanese description and possibly the price in yen on the cover. An import / imported from Japan. Sticker states that box set includes 4 newly discovered performances, and a 36 page booklet with complete discography. This is a rare edition in pale blue box (not to be confused with a black boxed set that's offered a lot on eBay). The set has always been stored upright on a shelf with other jazz records (my ex-husband was a jazz record collector), out of the sun. Box and wrapping are in perfect condition.
