graded VG+/VG++ for a strict Record Collector magazine grading system
label: The original classic Liberty logo it's very nice and I can't see any serious defect even around the spindle hole.
cover: The cover it's gatefold and with a nice texturing with the close up skin of a krokodil and at first view she look very nice but under a more accurate inspection I can see two very small stains of black colour on front cover positioned in the bottom right side, nothing serious and sincerelly I have believed they was part of the photo but this is not. On the back right upper side under the matrix number there's a minor removing sticker scuff...really hard to see but I need mention any defect hence here is. The spine it's quite good but the writing are just partially readables and there's some minor wear on the spine. The bottom seam too has some wear. I think that a VG+ grade for the Record Collector magazine system it's appropiate because generally this very thin and fragile cover it's still very enjoyable and look very well and I'm sure will make happy any collector that it's not after a Mint a strict EX copy..
vinyl: The vinyl it's generally in nice conditions with his brilliancy totally intact but there's a superficial mark that does not sound ABSOLUTELLY...rest it's nice but for this reason I grade it VG++. The vinyl play as a M- with no probs during the plays.
review: This the second album of 1970 and it's much more in the european classic progressive direction than the third one, more eastern influenced in some parts. The starting track "Get Your Personality Togheter" it's very jazz rock oriented and very similat to Aquila, Titus Groan and even Skin Alley but from there the sound will be more typically progressive with violin, flute over the electric piano leading a bit similar to Ton Ton Macoute on Neon that I hope you well know. Third track it's a classic melodic progressive with relaxed and nostalgic edge with some sitar touch and I think it's the definitive proof of the excellent quality of the album and in fact the rest of this album it's of a constant excellent quality.
This is a record that rarelly turns . Don't miss! SORRY for the starting price but this is really the minimum I can accept for a so rare item and this is a correct auction very different the many "pushed up" auctions I see all around! Please open your eyes!
