Rare opportunity to buy this very rare & much sought after piece of African/Nigerian Highlife - Peacocks International Highlife Band* – Peacocks International Highlife Band - EMI – NEMI (LP) 0179.
This stuff doesn't come up often and it's normally trashed so this is a very rare beast.
As far as i know this is the only pressing and was never released on any other format.
I do not know the date it was released but looking at the label and sleeve i would say mid to late 70's.
Cool OIS as well.
I have played it and it's a superb album and it's a reluctant sell. Great Highlife choppy guitar riffs.
Top copy. Vinyl has some very light scuffs but borderline Excellent. Ink name "ADA" on label both sides: All vinyl come with The Funky Bear Cave 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - UK postage is £5.50
Loads of images to go by. Will be listing quite a few more African Highlife records and Afrobeat, Roots Reggae, along with loads of rare vinyl so keep an eye on my listings.
Full 100% money back guarantee on this item with the UK but not offered for overseas buyers unfortunately unless it fails to turn up or is damaged in transit.
Please study all the images very carefully as they form an important part of the description.
