Description
Extremely rare mono version of this 1968 classic (catalogue number SX 6258). If you're looking at this, you'll probably know how sought after it is, so I won't bore you with details you already know.
I'm not versed in the language of record trading, but I'll describe the record as best I can. I bought this second hand in the mid-70s, and only played it once or twice (I much prefer later Floyd). The disc is unmarked, and in pristine condition. I no longer have a turntable, so I can't test it, but I've no reason to suppose that it won't play as well as it looks. The outer sleeve (Garrod and Lofthouse) is also excellent, but has had some clear tape added to the edges to protect them (see photos). This taping appears to have some of its edges shaped, so may be either original or perhaps applied by a diligent collector. It may be removeable, if desired, to restore to original condition. The inner sleeve I presume is not original (see photo).
