Very Rare Prewar Sound Effects 78 Victor SE 41 Howling Wind Sea Rain

A very hard to find copy of sound effects of wind, sea and rain sounds from the 30's that include "Wind" and "Howling Wind and Sea" and "Rain and Wind" on the Victor label SE 41. The sound quality is really quite good and there is very little hiss or surface noise. You can hear the sounds of the wind as it howls, sound of the moving ocean with wind and rain as well as other sounds in the background very clearly. Excellent vintage sound effects. The labels are nice. This grades at a solid E, or a C7, almost sounds better, depending on the grading system you like. I have been collecting for nearly 50 years and have a large collection that I am going to start putting up for sale. We are very experienced at packing as you can see from our feedback. All 78's are packed to survive the trip and will be packed in a box inside another box with extra protection and marked fragile. So, the typical $4 charge that Ebay forces us to use will not apply to 78's due to the extra packing and protection. We encourage using Priority and not media mail. If you want Media, we will ship at your risk and try to pack and protect as best we can. We will work with you on the shipping, but the buyer pays whatever it cost to ship, including insurance and tracking. So please, contact us first before trying to pay the Ebay stipulated Media cost of $4. We reserve the option of canceling the sale and put the item back up for auction if we feel the shipping is too risky. I am a long time collector and I want these records to get there safely and last for another generation.

We stand behind our grading. If the item is not found to be as described, it may be returned for a refund. We do not refund shipping costs. Buyers pay all shipping costs. The price quoted here for shipping is for Media Mail only in the U.S. If you wish any other method of shipping within the U.S., please contact us for the cost of the alternate shipping method. Items shipped outside the U.S. are via Air Mail according to the destination and customs charges. Shipping to Canada is $11 and to Europe and Australia is $20, but final price is based upon cost by weight and packaging combined. Buyer must let us know when the shipment is to go outside U.S. and stipulate shipping instructions and alternatives and we will respond with a final cost based upon the final cost by weight and packaging materials. We ship in an oversized box 14 x 14 x 4 inches for LP's, 10 x 10 x 4 inches for reel to reel and 45 RPM, and 12 x 12 x 4 inches for 78's and 10 inch LP's. We use peanuts to all ow the item to float in the box so that there is room for cushioning to protect the record. Fragile records, such as 78's are packed in an inner box to provide additional protection. Always let us know if you have other special instructions for labeling, packaging or addressing.

We ship in oversized boxes with bubble wrap and packing material (bubble wrap) to protect your item. Although it increases the cost of shipping slightly, it is well worth it and we will only consider other shipping methods at buyers risk. Shipping to Canada is $11 and to Europe, Japan, Asia and Australia is $20, but final price is based upon cost by weight and packaging combined.
