Jacket Grade - M-
Jacket is pristine. All corners sharp. Title spine perfect. Numbered sticker 0906 on back, right corner. Includes original insert sheet telling the story of the reissue series. Insert sheet has bent upper, left corner. Gorgeous jacket.
Record Visual Grade - VG
Anyone who knows about the third and fourth batches of 25 titles from the Fantasy 45 Series by Analogue Productions knows that RTI/Analogue Productions suffered an issue where white lines were visible on the LPs. The lines are not audible but they are visible on sides 2, 3 and 4 of this copy. It is thought that the lines were caused by the inner sleeves the records were put in. The records from this copy have since been removed from the original inner sleeves and are being stored in new rice paper sleeves outside of the jacket. The ugly white lines mark this down to a grade of VG. However, virtually every copy will have this same issue.
Play Grade - M--
Plays beautifully. Surface noise is miniscule and intermittent and mostly only audible in very quiet passages. The slightest bit more surface noise on sides 3 and 4, but we're still talking light. Such a classic audiophile recording. Cut at 45 from the original tapes, the sound is to die for.
