Limited edition of 250 copies.
Package contains a two-page, 4-panel printed cover, a 'pin' (badge), reproductions of a newspaper clipping advertising a drive-in showing of "The Conqueror Worm" and the title page from "The Discovery of Witches", a flyer featuring a still of the title from the film in colour, and a tracing paper print of another still in black and white, plus "one actual piece of John Stearne's leather overcoat" in an unsealed PVC sleeve.
The record has a sticker over the side A (plain white) label, covering the centre hole and some of the run-out groove. The side B label is plain white.
The package is contained within a clear PVC generic Feral Child sleeve.
