Vintage 1944 DISNEY Decca THE THREE CABALLEROS Movie, 3 LP Album Record Set, 10”
Original 1944 Decca Album No. A-373, featuring music from the Walt Disney production “The Three Caballeros” in fabulous condition (we took photos of both sides of all 3 records, but eBay allows only 12 photos per listing, so included is the front/back of the first album, and then just the fronts of the second and third albums).
This three (3) LP set -- 10” vinyl records, 33 1/3 rpm – includes The Three Caballeros, Jesusita, Baia, Os Quindins de Yaya, You Belong To My Heart, Mexico -- played by Charles Wolcott and his Orchestra, with Ray Gilbert and Nestor Amaral with Bando Da Lua. Paper covers with red cloth-bound edge and 3 interior sleeves. The cover measures 12” wide x just under 10-3/8” tall by about 1/2" thick.
The inside front cover is illustrated with characters from the movie (Gauchito, Panchito, Jose Carioca, Donald Duck, and Pablo). The inside back cover is decorated with photos and illustrations of some of the “beautiful, real live girls,” and “delightful cartoon friends the Three Caballeros make on their trip to Latin America.”
Condition:
· The cover is in good condition with wear around the edges, bumping to the corners, and some impressions and dark scuff like marks on the back cover
· The interior sleeves are in excellent condition
· The LPs are in very good condition with light scuffing and light scratches, fingerprints, etc. (with a deeper scratch on “You Belong to my Heart,” visible in the lower left of the photo)—unfortunately, most of the visual flaws are not evident in the photos (the photos make the records look cleaner than they actually are). No chips or cracks. I wiped all the records down with a soft cloth and played them (not on anything high end, just a Crosley turntable). There was no skipping.
· From a non-smoking environment
