Vintage 1948 Young Peoples Record Book With 7 Monthly American Almanac Records

Overall good condition for it's age. The record book has 12 sleeves which all are in good shape with no rips, tears, stains and are intact. The binding is intact. There are some stains on the inside covers. Minor chaffing on edges. Fading on back cover. Each record has a jacket. The jackets may have splits and tears but are still useable. The records may have some dust but I do not see any major scratches. The month of March is just a sleeve with no record. (Please see pictures)
Months included: Jan, Mar (just a jacket), Apr., May, July, August, November and December.
