Vintage Detroit Northern Soul Drew 45 Record With "BB" Hole By The Precisions Such Misery Lover's Plea








Offered for sale is a vintage 45 record of Northern Soul from Drew Records a subsidiary of Sidra Records Inc. Detroit by The Precisions the songs are "Such Misery" and A Lover's Plea. The record looks to be in very good if not excellent condition, it has a small "BB" hole, which I researched on the interent and found the following: "the drilled singles represent a select group that have been factory-aligned and balanced to spin exactly at 45 revolutions per minute, or RPM, with the least amount of wind drag coefficient. It's a costly and time-consuming process, but well worth it. The sound from these individually hand-calibrated recordings is far superior to standard pressings". I have no idea if this is the real reason for the "BB" like hole? This is still a great and hard to find record.
