This is a UNOPENED original Dolly Parton "Hello I'm Dolly" lp on Monument records # SLP 18085   " RECORD ONLY"  This record is in the original inner bag  which has never been opened and removed, so i am assuming it is in excellent condition and appears to be from what i can tell without opening it and giving it a better look. It is not warped and i cannot see any damage to the lp at all. So if you have a very decent cover, but a not so good record, this could be a big upgrade
