Someone emailed me to ask if there are any known "issues" with this machine...prompting me to add this history...I bought this machine from an elderly italian couple (original owners) this past weekend...I could eat off their garage floor...the unit seems to have very little use...the condition of everything ...manuals etc says alot to me...I literally I saw a note on it saying "tata"...I think it means don't touch...there are NO nicks, dings...I can't even find a scratch....I pop a tape in and it sounds great...you might want to clean the heads, since a head cleaner was not included...I browsed the manual and I'm impressed by the features. This is a solid piece of well engineered electronics...(unit alone weighs 19.6 lbs)...I see the value in the quality...compared with the feather weight plastic electronics of today...I gave it a final listen today...tomorrow I pack it up for the winning bidder..Good Luck!
According to the specs the recorder (only) is 13-1/2"x10"x5-1/2" add 1-2" for packaging and you can estimate shipping costs using my postal code N8Y 1X5 and website canadapost.ca
If you prefer your own speakers I can cut off the jacks from these and include them to the winner.
