Description
Here is a vintage copy of the LP: Jazz in the Space Age George Russell Orchestra featuring Bill Evans on Decca Records DL 9219. I first became aware of. George Russell and his importance in the history of jazz when reading a biography of Miles Davis. Davis and Russell spoke at length about music theory and Lydian Chromatic Concept which I have yet to understand. But I digress, this is an interesting record and should sound great once cleaned as it does have some crackles and pops on the first cut of side one.
