Description
This is a 1966 stereo butcher cover with partial peel. Pease note, this is basically a filler copy. This was water damaged at one point. But it's still an original butcher cover.
I would say cover is poor condition. (V neck is hard to see, but you don't need to see the V neck to know that this is a butcher cover. Some of the trunk cover slick has been peeled from the butcher slick, it can be reglued so you won't have to see most of the damaged portion of the cover. Bottom of cover is split all the way. Top of cover and spine have been taped all the way. Back of cover is damaged. It was stuck to other Beatles records. Inside of jacket is damaged. Some of the butcher slick is tearing apart in places. Some of the butcher slick is missing, some of it is stuck to the portion of the trunk cover slick that has peeled off. Back of cover, around the area advertising Beatles albums is tearing apart. Top left hand corner has writing. Top right hand corner has writing. Some of the butcher slick has come unglued from the cardboard. Has a number 5 in the corner.
Vinyl is Good. (Has scratches and scuffs. Both sides of labels have tears. Matrix number are
ST-1-2553-B14• */ST-2-2553-B14•*. I couldn't make the correct Capitol record matrix logos, so I used what looked closest to them. I beleive this one is from Capitol Records in Los Angeles, California.
Records are visually graded unless noted.
Again, this is basically a filler copy. If you buy this album, please understand that this copy is poor condition and has been water damaged.
