Attention all jazz fans! For sale today we have a vintage Prestige LP 7076 featuring the Mils Davis All Stars. Released 1957.
The LP has a yellow label with the name and address as follows: Prestige Records, Inc. 446 W 50th St, NYC
Personnel as follows:
Miles Davis Sextet: Miles Davis, trumpet; Horace Silver, piano; Jay Jay Johnson, trombone; Percy Heath, bass; Lucky Thompson, tenor sax; Kenny Clarke, drums.
Miles Savis Quintet: Miles Davis, trumpet; Davey Schildkraut, alto sax; Horace Silver, piano; Percy Heath, bass; Kenny Clarke, drums.
Side A: Walkin, Blue N' Boogie
Side B:Solar, You Don't Know What Love Is, Love Me or Leave Me.
Album is in very good condition. Both sides play very well except there are some pops in the beginning of Solar. You won't even notice because Miles is really cookin on this tune! Jacket is in fair condition and has some mildew issues on middle right of front cover. Also has mildew odor which is mitigated by the plastic sleeve. This is a must have for the serious collector.
