OUR TEN STEP QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS!

Since we started in January 2025, we have learnt and evolved our procedures to offer our customers the best service possible.

This is what happens, when we receive a vinyl record!

1. We examine the sleeve and vinyl.

2. We give a deep clean chemical bath and then a hand clean, if required.

3. We play test Side 1 of all Singles and both Side 1 & 2 of all Albums.

4. We conservatively grade it, photograph it and price it. Then electronically record all of the relevant details, after extensive research.

5. We add it to our stock and list it on eBay.

6. When it is sold, we re-inspect the record, to confirm its condition and original grading.

7. We carefully package it, using recycled discarded materials.

8. We post it using the eBay "Simple Delivery" service, the next working day, using their current pricing.

9. We await your Feedback to check our service is of a standard you appreciate and enjoy.

10. Your purchase details are retained for reference only, but it is secured and would never be used for third party purposes, whatsoever.

SubGrey Productions.

All our fundraising profits, created from all sales, will go directly to our "Not for Profit" group and add to our current film project fund target.
