I've picked these up from time to time and recently found a couple of duplicates - if you wish to hear one of these recordings - I suggest you try it on youtube.com.
Offering a colourfull Vogue Picture Record from either 1947-48. R-774. Music by Sonny Dunham & his orchestra - vocal by Pete Hanley, flip side by the same orchestra - Desert Fantasy (Scheherazade). Both side play OK - bought a record player to test - a bit scratchy and grainy but overall good. The Desert Fantasy side has kind of a Rudolf Valentino Sheik character in a desert oasis after a harem dancer type girl - Save Me a Dream has a pretty blonde sleeping - - Under the title the names: Milton Berle, Nick Kenny and Asner Silver are listed - the singers or writers?
