Condition
This record came from a house clearance so I have no history for it.
Record has been played to ascertain condition
Vinyl Fair to Good - Both sides play well No skips or jumps
However it has evidence of having had a lot of plays Many light surface marks No deep scratches
Generally background crackle throughout Due to the strength of the sound it is not always evident except between tracks. Most noticeably Side 2 Tr 2
I have tried to show pictures of the surface of this record but they don't always show up. All I can say is it plays better than it looks
Labels Good - Show spindle marks around opening but no damage Side 1 has previous owners name written & date of purchase (18.08.1971)
Laminated Box Sleeve Good - No major damage but it shows it has been handled a lot
No splits or rips The box sides have become flattened All edges have some creases
Some of the lamination is starting to lift
Vertigo Inner Sleeve Creased
One side is split nearly the whole length Other side has a split approx 1/4 length Still has original poly liner
This record appears to have been someones favourite record & played it many times
Normally I wouldn't put a record in this condition up for sale. However a 1st issue of this well regarded album from such an iconic band may well fit into your collection
I am selling this by auction at a starting price of 99p & with no reserve. The bidders can determine its value.
