Description

This is the fourth in the Vinyl Me Please Anthology series, The Story Of Stax Records, a very recent set limited to 1000 copies which sold out quickly. It is not a compilation, but instead, 8 classic individual Stax LP;s pressed on 180g vinyl, and all given the loving VMP treatment. If you are not familiar with this series, the idea is to NOT know what is contained within, the albums are packaged in sealed "Episode " sleeves, that your are asked to open one at a time, to run in association with the related podcasts offered. What we do know is that artists here include Sam & Dave, Johnny Taylor, Booker T. & The M.G.'s, among others. If you are familiar with the VMP Anthologies, you know what you are getting into. Please note, this set is new and as untouched as possible. The box itself is not sealed, as it does not ship that way. The shipping carton was unsealed only to inspect for any obvious damage (there is none), and to photograph. The package also includes some Stax socks(nice!), and a Stax logo decal. The package will ship just as you see it. FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING!
