Hallo lieber Vinyl und Schallplattenfan,

ich biete Ihnen hier eine der wohl seltensten Schallplatten der Welt an.

Eine Vinyl - Testpressung der CD " Duets " mit Frank Sinatra. Allerdings erschienen diese Aufnahmen niemals offiziell auf Vinyl sondern nur auf CD. Die vorliegende LP wurde bei mir genau 2x von einem gut justiertem SME20 mit vdH Tonabnehmer abgespielt u ist in annähernd  neuwertigem Zustand. Natürlich existiert dazu auch keine offizielle Hülle so dass man eine weiße Hülle mit Aufklebern u Matrix u Datumsstempel versehen hat.

Der Datumsstempel auf LP und Cover verrät den 14. April 1994 als Presstag und die Matrixnr 1000 A/B also die Allererste.. Die LP selbst wurde immer in antistatischen Nagaoka 102 Innersleeves aufbewahrt (in der Originalinnenhülle). Dieses Innersleeve ist so weich, dass es keine Kratzer durch Staub beim rein und rausnehmen der LP gibt. Das Cover wurde immer in verschließbaren Außenhüllen und gerade stehend aufbewahrt.

Die Klangqualität der LP übertrifft auf einem guten Plattenspieler die der (an sich auch sehr guten CD) um Welten. Viel lebendigeres Klangbild, viel größere Räumlichkeit, ein wesentlich ECHTERES Klangerlebnis. Seidiger im Klang, wärmer und deutlich druckvoller. Angenehmere, ehrlichere Stimmwiedergabe.

Die CD wurde bereits Ende 1993 veröffentlicht und man wollte bei DCC wohl eine LP auf den Markt bringen. Dies ist aber leider nie geschehen.

Wieviele Exemplare dieser TESTPRESSUNG hergestellt wurden ist nicht genau bekannt. Vermutlich zwischen 3 u 8.

Here you are bidding for i think one of the rarest LPs on Earth.

A Yinyl – Testrecording of the CD “ Duets” of Frank Sinatra with different other musicians. But !!!This recordings never were released on LP, only on CD.
I played the LP exactlly two times with a good adjusted SME 20 with an Ortofon cartridge so the LP is as good as in new condition.
Of course there is no official cover for the lp and they bring it into a white cover with labels and date and matrixseal on it. So its a White Label Testpressing.

The dateseal shows the 14th of April 1994 for pressingdate. On the LP and the Cover you can see the Matrixnumber 1000 A/B, so its first LP.
The record itself is stored in a Nagaoka 102 innersleeve. This is the best innersleeve you can buy. Its extremely soft so no dust can scratch the surface. The cover always was and is stored in a sealable solid Outersleeve. 

The LP always was stored upright and in a dustsafe cabinet.

The audioquality of the LP on a fine recordplayer is much better than the CD qualitiy (and this one is not poor !!). The sound is much more alive, bigger stage, much more clearer and authentic sound impression. Smoother, warmer sound, more resonant than CD. Better and more pleasing voices.

The releasedate of the cd was end of 1993 and DCC tried to make a LP in 1994. Dont know why but never was realised. Only in this Testpressing.

Its not exactly known how many of this Testpressing they’ve made but something between 3 and 8.
