according to the new guidelines of the european community, i have to draw your attention to the fact that i'm a private person. normally i have to guarantee for the quality of the item for one year including Exchange unless i state in the item description that i won't. i have given all the necessary information honestly. therefore you agree with bid that you free me from all of these Duties (Exchange, Return of the goods, etc.)!!
