Description
Columbia M6X 31513, 6-LP boxed set “In Honor of His 80th Birthday.” Recordings variously date from 1928 to 1948 and include collaborations with Nikita Magaloff, Bela Bartok, Thomas Beecham, Bruno Walter, Hamilton Harty, and two previously unreleased live performances with Artur Schnabel at the Frick Museum. All records NM-; includes 8-page photo brochure; name and promotional stamp on back cover.
Record will be shipped by media mail or priority mail for US shipments as buyer prefers, by first class international (air) for foreign shipments. (The U.S. post office has discontinued the old “economy letter” surface rate). Rates for foreign shipments will be quoted – a small difference in the weight of a record can add a dollar or two to the cost. Records are carefully packed in high quality mailers; returnable for refund if not as described. Multiple purchases combined for reduced shipping cost – request total at conclusion of auctions.
