Description

This is the guaranteed first poster for Virgin Records, designed by Roger Dean. This iconic poster marks the beginning of Virgin Records and the whole Branson empire. It was rolled and never folded.  It measures 33 inches by 23.75 inches. With linen backing it measures 33.75 inches  x 24.5 inches. The poster is in near-mint condition. There are no tears, no pinholes, no tape or tape residue, no stains and no blutak. There are not many of these left, and very few in this great condition. Text at bottom left reads;- RD10/102010.  VIRGIN LABEL.  PRODUCED BY MAGNETIC STORM LIMITED  (copyright)  ROGER DEAN 1972.  PACE MINERVA.  PRINTED IN SCOTLAND. Will be sent rolled in a strong tube.
