Description
Transcription disc (acetate on metal base), 12” (30cm), 33 1/3 rpm,3-disc set (6 sides): TD2 Vittorio Rieti: Don Perlimplin (opera in 3 scenes). Rafael Kubelik, conductor; Chicago Symphony Orchestra; no announcement—cast not listed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All of these items (labeled TD for transcription disc) are unique or almost unique items, never issued commercially anywhere. I have not graded any of them as “mint” or “like new”, since even if they look perfect, they will have numerous pops and ticks. PLEASE NOTE also that I do not guarantee that any item, no matter what the grade, will play all the way through without any sticks or skips, although I also firmly believe that most of them will do so. The acetate material that these were made from does degrade after enough years pass, or if it is played numerous times!
