Vladimir Cosma – Kidnapped (Original Soundtrack Music from the HTV West Serial) Folk LP (1978)
Very good British first release.
Music composed and conducted by Vladimir Cosma.
This British TV series starred David McCallum, Ekkehardt Belle, Aude Landry, Bill Simpson, John Carson, John Carlisle, Patrick Allen and Angus Lennie. Based on 'Kidnapped' and 'Catriona' by Robert Louis Stevenson.
Condition
Vinyl – VG. Superbly clean on visual inspection. No obvious signs of marks, scuffs or scratches. Played just pre-listing and sound clarity is great. Some static in between cues and quieter sequences but these haunting orchestral themes sound very crisp. No skipping, jumping or sticking. A fantastic listening experience.
Outer sleeve (cover) – G-VG. Colours are bright, unfaded and clean. Wonderful laminated front. Stored responsibly. Top corners lightly nicked. Front is very clean and unmarked. Small veinlike creases in from spine. Spine, aperture and edges are clean and unscuffed. Reverse side of paper shows some foxing in places across entire surface with discolouration of disc outline and laminated flipback. Overall, however, a nice example.
Inner sleeve – EX. Original Decca. White ‘window’ paper with plastic lining and blue printed text on one side. Minor folding and creasing all over; intact.
