Description
This is for a lot of 2 different records offered by Kentucky Fried Chicken at Christmas time. Included in this lot are:
1967 Christmas Eve with Colonel Sanders with a great photo cover of the Colonel passed out in front of the fireplace. Record was produced by RCA Victor for Kentucky Fried Chicken. Jacket has edge wear. Some rubbing to the whites on the back cover. Stress marks at spine. Generic white inner sleeve with one partial seam split. Record shows some scuffing/light scratches (can't feel them). I don't think I ever played this -- I just bought it because of the Colonel tie-in.
1969 Christmas with Colonel Sanders with a great photo cover of the Colonel. Record was produced by RCA Victor for Kentucky Fried Chicken. Gatefold jacket has edge wear. Bump to lower left corner of back cover. The area where the record slides in inside the gatefold has come unglued on the bottom seam -- the seam is not split -- it's just the 50 year old glue gave here, and it could easily be re-glued. Minor rubbing to cover. Generic white inner sleeve. Record shows very minor scuffing. I don't think I ever played this -- I just bought it because of the Colonel tie-in.
Really fun pair of records that were originally a KFC premium!
