This atmospheric LP comes from the BBC Sound Effects Library, featuring Volume 13: Death & Horror, produced by Mike Harding and released in 1977. The record contains a wide range of professionally recorded horror and suspense sound effects originally created for radio, television, film, and theatrical productions.
The album includes chilling audio elements such as execution and torture effects, monsters and animal sounds, creaking doors, grave digging, ghostly footsteps, eerie winds, thunderclaps, church bells, and human screams and heartbeats.
