Rare, vintage 1970's Top Flite paper kite with the album art from Quicksilver Comin' Thru. Kite has never been used and had just been rolled up all these years until I put it together the other day.
My apologies - it was quite difficult to keep it unrolled while assembling and so it has not retained it's "like new" condition. As a result, there are some tears at the points (pics 5 & 6 show the worst). Boy, I remember this as always being an issue back in the day, though! Also, the brass staple that holds it together in back is misshapen. The end of one of the sticks will need a notch inserted to hold the string.
I doubt it would hold up very well if flown, being paper and all. Great wall art, though (with or without the sticks)! Basically, it's a kite shaped poster!
Measures 33" x 27 1/2". Original instructions included.
