Decca ffrr LONDON Records
Original late 1960's issue • Stereo LPs
MADE IN ENGLAND by DECCA Record Co. Ltd.
These are EXACTLY the same pressings that DECCA labelled as 'SXL' in the UK,
with the same exact ZAL matrix stampings. Pressed in the very same run, then
labelled as LONDON ffrr for US market.
*From the Opening of these recordings' companion Book: "RING RESOUNDING"
"In most countries of the world, the name Decca refers to records that are made by
the Decca Record Company Limited, whose headquarters are in London, England.
Decca has a subsidiary company in the United States of America called London Records
Incorporated, and records made by British Decca are released in America on the London label."
Since these are open sets, I will not call them MINT, but these 22 LPs all appear completely unplayed with immaculate gleaming gloss vinyl. NO hairlines, paper scuffs, fingerprints or marks of any kind. ffss Labels are are all pristine, with NO spindle marks. NO evidence of play whatsoever.
.
COVERS are (3) NM / (2) EX+
Only faintest marks to be found on 2 of these covers (see specifics below for each set). All edges straight, all corners sharp; 100% intact - NO splits. STRICT CONSERVATIVE GOLDMINE GRADING
