  Condition: Coming from an amazingly kept collection. Records are NM, seems like played once or twice at the most. The box is VG with some wear on edges and splits on top left edge, see pictures, my grades are very strict. Complete with booklet in great condition.  

Grading Most records are visually graded. In certain circumstances, I will play a record to get the most accurate grading. I use "Record Collector" grading method (Mint, NM, EX, VG, etc.). My highest grade for a non-sealed record is usually NM (Near Mint) I will grade it as Mint only if it's sealed or if I am 100% certain that this record was never played and has no pressings faults. I will not list records less than VG condition unless they are extremely rare.  
  Shipping & Handling Shipping for this LP is $12 - International Registered Air Mail Shipping (we are NOT located in the US).
I wrap the record in a bubble-nylon, record separated from cover and packed in a high-quality cardboard record mailer.
