rare German first press vinyl 4LP box set released 1988 on DEUTSCHE GRAMMOPHON GESELLSCHAFT (DGG) "Digital Stereo" label with catalognumber 423389-1.  The laminated box, complete with libretto booklet and vinyl all AS NEW in pristine NEARMINT/MINT condition - perfect!  Beautiful performance by James Levine conducting the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra feat. Hildegard Behrens, Christa Ludwig, Jessye Norman, Gary Lakes, James Morris, Kurt Moll all recorded with true audiophile soundquality... see photo.
