Description

WALKING BY MYSELF
1960 CHESS COLLECTION

When this collection came out on Chess Records in 1960, the songs within it were, at the most, nine years old. Many were less than that, but because they were not big hits, they had already become rather rare and collectors were hunting for them.

This is an original deep groove pressing on Chess and a massive 225 gram platter. It makes those 180 gm records seem like skinny school-boys.
