Description

Offered for Sale is a Steely Dan "KATY LIED" lp.


This is Steely Dan's fourth studio album, but is was also their first, after the break-up of the original five-piece group.


It is on the ABC record label with the LP # ABCD-846.


This is the ORIGINAL 1975 lp, with the ORIGINAL inner lyric sleeve.


This LP had never been played, (till now) but as a PROMO I received it open.  I play tested it and can say 100% that the record is primo.

 

 

Never the less, after 35 to 45 years of shifting around in boxes, wear does occur, so PLEASE check the photos for a clear picture of what you will be receiving.  I do not rate covers, only the vinyl itself.  Also, there may be minor scuffing marks, from the inner sleeve.  This IN NO WAY affects the sound, or I would not list it. There is also the possibility that the inner sleeve could have a slit on one or more of its sides. 


NOTE: I was a buyer for two different record chains in Hollywood, Ca.  As such, I received a couple of boxes of records a week, to entice me to buy.  More often than not, they were always open copies, and if you wanted to sell them to a used record store you could only get about a $1.00 cash, or $2.00 in trade for them.
