Description
- 12 inch, vinyl stereo LP - 33 rpm
- Issued in 1980 on the Rainbow Sound label, based at the Rainbow Sounds Studio in Nottingham
- This is the first, and I think the only, album from the UK band Warrior. There have been a number of bands (in the UK and the USA) by this name. This particular one was from Chesterfield, Derbyshire and consisted of:- Dave Hewitt (vocals); Steve Allsopp (lead & harmony guitar); Mick Bannister (rhythm & harmony guitar); Kev Barsby (bass); Barry Bingham (drums)
- Allegedly there were only 500 copies of this album produced

- Side 1:- Track 1 - Let Battle commence; Track 2 - Long Stretch, Broadmoor Blues; Track 3, Night-time Girl; Track 4, Memories
- Side 2:- Track 1 - Yesterday's Hero; Track 2 - Invaders; Track 3 - Ulster, Bloody Ulster; Track 4 - Warrior
- Recorded in May - June, 1980 at Rainbow Sounds Studio in Nottingham, UK
- Produced by Paddy Flynn and Warrior, engineered by Paddy Flynn.
- Monochrome cover with a 'warrior' in silhouette on the front with full track listing and credits on the back
- Cover design by Dave Hewitt
- Plain, white, polyvinyl lined inner sleeve
- Comes with clear, plastic protective sleeve

Condition
- The record appears to be in excellent condition. There are no noticeable scratches or marks and no signs of warping. The record plays well with no discernible surface noise. It appears to have be little played
- The sleeve has some tiny creases in the laminate and a couple of spots of faint edge wear, but is otherwise unmarked and in very good condition (see photos)
- The inner sleeve is in very good, serviceable condition with a couple of slight creases and two small spots on one side (see photos).
- Comes with clear plastic protective outer sleeve.
- Based on the guidelines of the Record Collectors Guild, I would say this record is 'Very good+' (www.recordcollectorsguild.org)
