Very well cared for over the years. I have played this maybe 4 times total.
Vinyl is EX. Barely played.
Cover is VG/VG+. It has some edge and corner wear, including a 2 inch section of foxing on the top seam (last photo). 
Printed Inner is included. LP has been kept in a poly-lined sleeve most of its life.
