Record: Very Good++. There are a few light hairline scuffs and smudges that create faint noise.

Cover: Very Good++. There is a sticker on the front and it has been signed by Blackie Lawless. There are some creases at the edges and corners. Includes the original inner sleeve in VG++ condition, with some ringwear.
