Bidders  from SOUTH AMERICA (especially Brazil), ITALY, and GREECE: Please contact me before bidding or I can not accept your bids.  I will only ship to your country by registered or priority shipping with a tracking number, and I will not ship items of high values (over $50) to you unless we have made arrangements and you have a long ebay history with good feedback.  I am sorry to have to make these requests, but there have been too many problems with shipping to these areas.

Here is a set of two records by WASTELANDER, who do great thrash blackened metal style stuff.  The LP is on green wax, and the 45 is on a grey marbled wax, the single is a numbered limited edition- see photos. In brand new condition, unplayed.  These auctions are part of a fundraising benefit for Vernon who works at United Record Pressing, he and his family lost their home and everything they owned in the flood.  I have two other similar auctions up this week, CLICK HERE to see my other items.  

The three photos at the end are ones I took last Monday in Nashville.  The first two are from a block away from my house, the water didn't reach us but was not far.  The last photo is of downtown.  The city and many in our community were hit hard by this natural disaster, so I am trying to do something here to help out.  Every little bit helps, thanks for your support!

***SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT POSTAGE COSTS FOR THIS AUCTION: since this is a package of an LP + 45 the shipping/handling on this will be $7 (for US buyers by media mail/insured) and $18 for international buyers by airmail if item is under $20, if item closes for over $20 it will have to be sent by REGISTERED AIR MAIL so it can be tracked which costs $12 more.  I can't take chances with things "not getting there" and dealing with paypal problems, so if you are not OK with the postage costs and policies please do not bid. And if you want to bid on multiple items that you win from me you should contact me first to confirm postage costs, I will have to calculate it specially.***

If you haven't already, I recommend you check out some of the free 'bid sniping' programs out there. I use them for buying and it's a great way to not forget to bid on auctions!

PAYMENT, SHIPPING & HANDLING:

THE MOST IMPORTANT: If you win, PLEASE wait to get and winning bid ebay invoice from me with SHIPPING AND HANDLING TOTAL before sending any payment!  Please do not just send a Paypal payment without getting a total from me! It will delay the process if you just "make up" postage amount and send it in, so please don't! You can use the PAY NOW or CHECKOUT after you have info from me on how much shipping is.

Combined orders will of course save on shipping, which is a great reason to check out the other items I have up right now. I will be happy to send items won at same time by one buyer in same package. 

Payments are preferred by PAYPAL which is fastest & easiest, at this point it seems like it's the only way to accept payment for the types of items I sell.  Please read up on what ebay says is safe on their page of ebay payment laws, which I will not try to explain as they are rather extensive. I'm not signed up for any of those other electronic payment systems they mention, so I guess it's PAYPAL only folks!  Shipping/Handling for orders is determined on a per order basis.

Payment due within 7 days of auction closing or ebay will be notified via non-paying bidder notice and appropriate feedback will be left.  I reserve the right to cancel transactions in which bidders can not comply with these terms- I am not interested in chasing down payments.  Please communicate and let me know what's going on with your purchase, and I will do the same.

Items won will be shipped to the shipping address on your Ebay account by USPS, but now that they charge by zone s/h must be calculated at end of auction.

POSTAGE OPTIONS:

Listed above, please read.  I only charge for s/h costs incurred in handling your order. I use real LP/45/padded mailers, I don't pack your order in between two random pieces of cardboard I found in the trash.  When sending vinyl I always remove LP/45 from sleeve to avoid damage in shipping. I make every effort to be an efficient shipper, and will get your stuff out to you within a few days of payment being received. I also buy a lot on ebay, and know how annoying it is to wait- so I will be fast as I can! I have been buying/selling on ebay for over 10 years, so please bid with confidence!

SHIPPING/HANDLING CHART:

I have removed the shipping chart for this item because it has special postage costs listed above in the auction.  All orders over $20 include insurance in s/h, this appplies to both domestic and international orders. In accordance with ebays new rules as of Sept 2009 sellers are not allowed to offer or charge for insurance and it must be included in s/h cost when deemed necessary to use.  Please do not use this chart to send payment, it is only so you can have an idea of what it will cost instead of asking for each auction! I will send you final cost when auction closes, and if I am able to offer a discount on shipping because you ordered a light item I will do so.  HOWEVER, this will be up to my discretion and you should be prepared to pay the postage listed below based on your winning bid for your item.    Thanks for your help in making our transaction a smooth one!

CUSTOMS INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

All items won by international buyers will be declared for FULL VALUE of items won, NO exceptions!  This means that since items of significant value must be sent insured, they MUST be declared for their actual value so that the insurance coverage is valid.  If your country charges tax on items of value you receive through the mail, those duties/fees are your responsibility when you receive your package.  I can not and will not be responsible for these duties, nor will I declare items at less than the real value to save you the fees.  If the item gets lost or damaged we both need to be covered, so this helps ensure that is the case.  Thank you for your understanding, and if you have any questions about this please ask before you bid on my items.
