Description

Up for sale from 1964 WAYLON JENNINGS at JD'S Sounds Ltd LP-1001. His 1st debut album, and this extremely rare mono LP was recorded in the studios of Audio Recorders in Phoenix Arizona in December of 1964, it was not recorded or released in stereo, and was recorded on an Ampex Master Recorder with Telefunken and Altec Condenser microphones. It was originally issued on (Bat-1001) Records in 1964 with approximately 500 copies released. Later that month they issued it again on this (Sounds Ltd. label) with approximately the same 500 copies released. Was purchased by me as is years ago played once then stored since. COVER is a strong VG+ Has minor shelf wear, and discoloration from it's 50 year age with sharp corners all intact, and no writing. RECORD is a strong VG++ with a few light hairlines on each side that can only be seen under a bright light, and overall has full gloss, and appears rarely played at all, just needs a good cleaning. LABELS are super clean with a few small light barely noticable spindle marks. Matrix #'s Side 1. JD 1001- S1 Side 2. JD - 1001- B2.
