Description

WAYNE DAILEY -- Oh, Sandy/Would You Believe -- hard to find, original 1961 U.S. 45 single, autographed on A-side label by Wayne Dailey.  Terrific and wicked rare early 1960's Teen Rock-White Doo Wop 45 by this obscure artist who put out a very good Garage 45 "Pain & Sorrow" several years later on Moonglow.  A-side "Oh, Sandy" is classic, bittersweet Teen Doo Wop ballad ala Ritchie Valens' "Donna"; B-side "Would You Believe" is equally good, more uptempo number in Kris Jenkins-Everly Bros. style.  A very hard record to find -- almost never comes up for sale.  In generic white sleeve.  Record:  Good-, moderate scuffs and surface marks, removable price sticker on one side of label, small dimple in outer edge vinyl (before song starts) from original printing defect which doesn't affect play, very tiny nick in outer edge, on Corsair private label, U.S. press.
